Sanzid Ara Chowdhury, Chief Executive Officer, Powerwave Technologies, graduated from Dhaka University born in eminent Muslim family. She married Dr.Md Ataur Rahman. She took responsibility for her father's (Md Shariful Alam Khan Chowdhury) business. She is the mother of one son and daughter.

Dr. Md. Ataur Rahman, MBBS, MPH, MBA is a medical graduate and public health specialist and working for 26(Twenty-Six) years in Govt and Development Sectors like People's Republic of Government of Bangladesh, WHO, Save The Children, Micronutrient Initiative, Canadian High Commission, USAID projects, etc. He is an expert in reproductive, maternal, neonatal, child, and adolescent health and nutrition (RMNCAH&N) fields at National and International Levels.
He is very friendly and a social worker. Recently he took over the responsibility of Powerwave Technologies as Managing Director.
